Portion: Wander Wood-Fired factors 1.25 adults per 12” inch pizza, 2 children per pizza, and one individual gluten free (12” inch pizza) per pre-reserved gluten free guest

Selection: Please choose 3 of your favorite Wander signature pizzas from our menu. In addition to your signature choices, your chefs will serve Cheese & Pepperoni 

Service: We provide our own buffet tables, black tablecloth, and serve our pizzas from large wooden chopping blocks. Pizzas are cut into smaller slices so that everyone is able to try a little bit of everything.

Event Minimum: There is an event minimum that must be reached to deploy our mobile catering unit. This minimum is before tax and gratuity. Labor, travel costs, and food items may all factor into meeting the event minimum of $2000

Salad/Appetizer Upgrade: Some pizza menu options already include salads or appetizers. You may choose to add a la carte salads ($4 per guest) and/or appetizers ($5 per guest)

Dietary Restrictions: Gluten free and vegan pizzas are available by request. Please let us know in advance if your guests have additional food sensitivities or allergies. We are not able to accommodate guests with Celiac Disease due to the flour in the air around our outdoor kitchen.
